Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking to hire for the position of Shift Engineer Electrical for one of its clients
Responsibility:
- Must have hands on installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment.
- Applicants will be expected to be able to use electrical test equipment, read schematic diagrams and have experience in single and 3 phase installations including motors, inverters, PLC, Transformers, Surge protectors, Line conditioners, Power breakers, Grounding etc.
- Compiling shift production data and submit report to Site Production Engineer.
- Performing inspections of equipment (Cryogenic pumps, motors, compressors, 232KVA generators, AC, chillers etc.) to ensure that it is in good working condition.
- Must have ability to lead a time for installation, repairing and maintenance of all types of Split AC's, DC inverter and Fridge Independently.
- Set up electronic systems and devices and conducting basic functional testing of existing electrical and/or electronics equipment.
- Ability to read and Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, symbols. Wire single phase and three phase Alternating Current as well as DC circuits. Ability to install, calibrate, and wire electric components
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance protocols and schedules
- Train and mentor team members in technical skills and safety procedures
- Maintain inventory of necessary parts and equipment
- Manage and oversee the daily operations and assist Manager Operations in execution of production target.
- Assist Manager Operations in achieving the target for production, availability of the plant, quality of finished goods, reduces the rejection rate, and reduces the quality defects.
Qualification and Experience:
- DAE Electrical/ B. Tech Electrical.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an electrical supervisor or Engineer from a reputed firm.
- Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, voltmeter, mager tester etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints
- Have ability to use MS office
