- Fundamental knowledge of Autos.
- Must have AutoIMS knowledge.
- Data entry skills.
- Multiphone line experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Ensures that work is accurate and complete, processed in a timely manner with proper spelling and grammar.
- Performs any additional functions needed to meet the goals of the department.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Outlook).
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task.
- Mature, cheerful, and friendly attitude.
- Speaks and writes excellent English.
- High school diploma.
