What You Will Do:
As the Health Insurance Compliance Analyst, you'll conduct routine and focused compliance reviews to detect or confirm compliance violations.
  • Develop and communicate review plans to relevant parties.
  • Prepare reports synthesizing results and highlighting implications of findings.
  • Identify areas of compliance risk.
  • Develop metrics supporting compliance.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  • Promote awareness of processes, internal controls, policies and compliance requirements.
  • Act as a compliance liaison in support of the Texas Medicaid Program.
  • Strong knowledge of Texas Medicaid.
  • Monitor regulatory requirements that impact that Texas Medicaid Program.
  • Support business operations in implementing regulatory requirements.
What You Will Need:
Education:
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional preferences:
  • 3 to 5 years of Health Insurance Compliance experience, preferred.
