For the months of July and August 2023, NH Collection Brussels Grand Sablon is looking for a student to join the team.
Every guest who is arriving is being welcomed by you! You are responsible for the coordination of arriving and leaving guests, and for the coordination of taxis. In addition, you make sure that our main entrance is always nice and tidy to give our guest the best first impression!
As a Bellman you are the first impression for our guests visiting the hotel. Therefore, it is important that you are always smiling to make sure that our guest feel immediately at home! As our new porter you assist the guests with getting in and out the car, you help with their luggage and offer valet parking.
In this position you are a part of our Front Office team. Within this team you make sure that we give our guests a special an Extraordinary stay. With your alert attitude you always know what is going on in the main entrance and lobby area and how to exceed the expectations of our guests.
Who are you?
- You are a student and have a drivers license B
- You are at least available for 1 month, preferably both.
- Your goal is to give every guest a memorable experience;
- You are always one step ahead, and you love to exceed the guests expectations. No is not an option for you;
- You are a true host with an enthusiastic attitude who enjoys being in contact with our guests to give an outstanding first impression of our hotel;
- You are always willing to help guests;
- You are service minded, have a passion for hospitality and preferably working experience in a hotel;
- In addition, you have a good understanding of the English language. Within this position we work with flexible shifts.
