Responsibilities
- Develop and define product strategy together with team & create product solutions for both internal and external end-user; initiative, analyze, propose, and launch products
- Support product development and implementation.
- Support conduct benchmarking across local and global exemplars to understand best practices & gather insights on product digital
- Support Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses
- Support Identify product improvements to improve customer metrics 7 use data to understand customer behavior and performance of features
- Support delivery products solutions with high business impact, working closely with PM and team throughout the development process
- Support works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver quick time-to-market with optimal resources
- Support conduct research, or collect information through surveys or relevant that can do
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Business, marketing, communication, or related majors
- Good knowledge of business and product digital
- Understand basic product management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity and ownership
- Have experience in digital product development
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa and English, both verbally and in writing
- Have leadership or organizational experience is a plus
- Have skill Microsoft Office operation
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: Up to Rp2,500,000 per month
