About the Rheumatologist medical doctor Position:
The owner of this upbeat and impressive practice in Corpus Christi, Texas is seeking a Rheumatologist partner to join its team. The owner has built a tremendously successful and respected rheumatology practice and is ready to continue business with addition leadership.
This 90+ patient per day practice with an in-house lab and R&D department has officially outgrown its "solo practice" status. Infusion clinic revenue exceeds $350K/mo and total practice revenue exceeds $900K/mo. (A recently arranged referral agreement will generate 50+ new visits per week once a new business associate is on board!) Go for it…
The extended draw area for this community reaches over 1.5 million individuals. Local rheumatology coverage is provided by 4 specialists, 3 of whom are within 5 years of retirement.
What this means is that in four or five years when you are the sole owner of the practice, the! other rheumatologists in town are retiring or have already re! tired. You just "cornered the market"! Once you set up sufficient support, you'll be able to (finally) take a real vacation (or two) every year. Your huge influence on the practice of rheumatology in the region, plus unfettered access to all the resources you should ever desire will position you to provide the very best care possible for your patients.
The Rheumatologist medical doctor will specialize and diagnose and treat our patients who have arthritis and other types of musculoskeletal diseases. The main job duties will be to treat patients that have been referred to us by their primary care physician. The Rheumatologist medical doctor will typically treat a variety of conditions including arthritis, gout, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, tendinitis and other types of rheumatic diseases that regular internists and pediatricians are not trained to treat. The rheumatologist will look over the patients file to determine what may be causing the problem. The Rheumatologi! sts will work closely with their patients to provide pain relief and ensure the comfort of their patient as much as possible.
