Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Tourism • Minimum 1 to 2 Year(s) of ticketing / Tour sales experience in travel company is required for this position • Knowledge in Amadeus system will be added advantage • Passionate to work in Travel industry • Prepare to put in extra efforts for career advancement • Required language(s) : English & Mandarin Responsibility: • Handle Ticketing for Walk-in / Corporate clients • Handle for Group or FIT air ticket / Tour activities include enquiries / reservation / issuance of tickets • Customer's billing and sales collection • Check the queues on Amadeus system on a daily basis in order to monitor any messages coming from the airline such as any flight changes or cancellations • Recognize and refund any unused tickets • Advise and amend any discrepancies with names, dates, costing or any other components of the booking • Provide professional advice on holiday packages to major destinations worldwide • Build Sales Lead and Prepare Sales Quotation • Customer's Services and Retention Benefits: • 5 Days’ Work • Annual Leave & Medical Leave • EPF, SOCSO, EIS & HRDF Contribution • Training & Development opportunity • Travel Insurance Benefit • Opportunities for local and international travel, luxury event and activities • Attractive Sales Performance Commission • A competitive salary commensurate with your work experience
