What does a Receptionist do at Swire Coca-Cola?

A receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and employees while maintaining security procedures and maintaining visitor logs. Accepting and signing for deliveries. Answering the main corporate phone line and directing calls and inquires to the appropriate employee/department. Must have strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships to ensure exceptional service. Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and performance metrics. Able to effectively communicate concerns and requests including current events which impact our business to leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Sort incoming main and distribute to appropriate mail bins along with verifying, signing, and accepting FedEx, UPS, and other shipments. Directs packages to appropriate department/ employee
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and forward calls to the appropriate employee
- Greet visitors as they arrive and connect the with the appropriate party, maintain visitor log, provide visitor access badge
- Maintaining a clean and tidy front lobby area including ordering/ stocking supplies, and product
- Unlocks front door in the mornings and locks front door and cooler in the evening
- Sending FedEx packages
- Follows security procedures
- Special tasks from Executives and other clerical duties as needed
- High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to operate MS Outlook, Word, and other MS Office Suite
