Dit ga je doen:
Initiëren en implementeren van duurzame verbeteringen in de dienstverlening;
Leveranciersmanagement om er zeker van te zijn dat de dienstverlening voldoet aan de gestelde eisen;
Uitvoeren van inspecties om er zeker van te zijn dat alle procedures worden gevolgd en er wordt voldaan aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen;
Continu zoeken naar verbetering van de dienstverlening en het verminderen van operationele kosten;
Coachen en begeleiden van teamleden met trainingen en ontwikkelingen.

Dit verwachten we van jou:
Flexibiliteit, aanpassingsvermogen en een positieve klantgerichte mindset;
Kennis en ervaring in Facility en Hospitality Management;
Kennis van richtlijnen op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu;
Vaardigheden in het aansturen van facilitaire dienstverlening;
Communicatieve vaardigheden zowel verbaal als non-verbaal. Sterk in de Nederlandse taal en beheersing van de Engelse taal.;
Uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van Microsoft-suite;
Probleemoplossend vermogen en de capaciteit om complexe problemen effectief op te lossen;
Vaardigheden om zowel zelfstandig als in een team te werken;
Financiële kennis en vaardigheden;
Vermogen om commerciële contracten en relevante voorwaarden te begrijpen en te interpreteren;
HSSE mindset waarin de HSSE procedures en processen geborgd zijn bij de uitvoering van het werk;

What this job involves:
Building a better tomorrow by finding ways to improve the services in a more sustainable way;
Management of all contractors to ensure they perform to the required standards;
Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times;
Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards;
Coaching and guiding team members with training and developments;

To apply you need to have:
Flexibility, adaptability and a positive customer focused mindset;
Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous;
Good communication skills (both written and verbal); communicate strong in Dutch language and on intermediate English language level;
Excellent Microsoft suite skills;
Problem-solving skills – capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively;
Able to effectively deal with stressful situations;
Able to work both independently and with a team;
Experience in Facilities or Hospitality Management;
Financial acuity and experience; knowledge and skills;
Ability to understand and interpret commercial contracts and relevant terms;
HSSE mindset in which the HSSE procedures and processes are guaranteed in the performance of the work;
