Customer Service Representative II

HOW A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE II WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Provide Customer Service to all functional areas of the NSSC (need updating to dynamic forms; writing user stories to ServiceNow Developers and attend scrum meetings and refinement).
  • Attend all NASA wide communication meetings and report back to functional managers.
  • Posting the NSSC financials each month on both NSSC/NASA internal Websites.
  • Administer the NSSC Knowledge and FAQ system.
  • Create Web blog entries, upload images, administer comments sections and user feedback.
  • Provide document Review / Coordination for style, formatting, clarity, and grammar.
  • Manage ServiceNow internal work ticketing inboxes.
  • Perform Records Management / TechDoc Librarian Duties as assigned.
  • Develop Ad Hoc communications products in support of Communication Plans.
  • Provide Graphics, Video editing, Photoshop, and all other Adobe Creative Suite platforms.
  • Provide support to Videography/Photography efforts to all functional areas and their respective websites.
  • Create and update Support Operations Directorate portal through ServiceNow.
  • Develop and organize information for the NSSC’s NASA.gov website and Internal SharePoint
  • Create Communication Plans and community outreach events.
  • Perform daily quality check of all NSSC related websites (Inside NSSC SharePoint and External NASA.gov), run broken link reports, and make necessary edits for all functional areas.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: BA/BS Communications, Business, Public Relations
  • Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience in public relations or corporate communications
  • Required Technical Skills: Microsoft, Social Media, Servicenow
  • Security Clearance Level: Public Trust
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication; confidence interacting within a multileveled organization.
  • Location: Hybrid home (25%) On Customer Site (75%)
  • US Citizenship Required
