Customer Service Representative [United States]


 

Work from home: Entry Level Claims Associate (Non-Adjuster) communicate with customers, agents and adjusters to facilitate the handling of first notice of loss insurance claims. Training provided. No adjuster license needed. Must reside in the Phoenix, AZ Area. The Customer Service Claims Associate will answer insurance related questions from policyholders, explain processes for claim handling and take detailed messages for agents and claims personnel. The information gathered through communication is documented using an online job aid and client computer systems. This is a work from home position but must be reside and be able to pick up equipment (laptop and headset) in the Phoenix, AZ area. Work shift may include weekends.

  • Position is a remote position.
  • $18 per hour, 40 hours per week, shifts vary.
  • hours of operation are as follows but may be subject to change in the event of a storm. M-F 8am- 6:30pm
  • Basic computer skills and ability to input information
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Good typing skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in high volume environment
  • Customer service experience, preferred
