Our administrative assistant provides administrative support to the Team Leader and other members of the team. This may include tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. Additionally, the administrative assistant may be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining databases, and conducting research on behalf of the Team Leader.
In a real estate setting, the administrative assistant will also be responsible for managing property listings and coordinating with team members. They will assist in the preparation of contracts, manage transaction files, and handle various administrative tasks related to the buying and selling of properties. They will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and following up with clients on behalf of the Team Leader.
The administrative assistant must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. They must be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
A minimum of three years of Realtor experience required, as well as proficiency in various software applications commonly used in the industry. This position will encompas Listings, Contract to Close, Marketing, and Administrative.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
