- VIP Lane Host / Hostess – Night Shift (6:00 pm – Closing)
Job Summary
Do you love talking to people? Are the best Friendsgivings and gatherings spent at your house? And are you interested in a part-time job that allows you flexibility throughout the week? Then the role of VIP Lane Host/Hostess may be for you!
As part of Aiea Bowl’s grand re-opening, a new VIP section has been added for those who join us on Friday and Saturday nights! The VIP Lane Host/Hostess will play a key role in offering the very best in customer service to guests in this area.
Job Responsibilities
- Able to talk it up – a great conversation and a smile goes a long way!
- Comfortable with standing for long periods of time.
- Keep a cool head in busy or stressful situations.
- Willing and able to help a team member in need, if asked.
- Tidy up and turnover the VIP area in between guests.
- Remember and comply with the Health Standards set forth by the Public Health Department of the State of Hawaii.
- Be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
- Maintain personal responsibility by arriving to work on time.
Personal Skills
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn!
- Self-motivated and able to take the lead when called to action.
- A desire to provide a top-tier dining and bowling experience for customers.
- Punctuality and work consistency.
Requirements
- Some customer service experience is preferred, but not required (we’ll teach you all you need to know!)
- Valid Driver’s License
Job Types
- Part-time – 6:00 PM to Closing on Fridays and Saturdays.
Pay
- At minimum $12.00/hour + tips with opportunity for growth.
