PTC, a global provider of CAD, PLM, IoT and AR solutions, is looking for a strong Software Engineer to join one of our teams at the development center in Haifa, Israel.
The Onshape part studio team is part of a global group - PTC SaaS business, responsible for the core modeling functionality at Onshape, this reaches from the 2D sketching environment to 3D features like extrudes and lofts.
In the Onshape part studio team you will use your expertise in development, and craft geometric tools that enable users to do their work in an efficient and intuitive way and help design new paradigms of geometry interaction for an evolving engineering workforce.
As part of your job at PTC, you will:
- Design and implement new geometric tools for the Onshape Part Studio
- Investigate issues faced by customers when using the Part Studio tools
- Write automated tests for the newly added code
- Focus on delivering a high-quality product and a great user experience
- Review code written by peers

Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or similar degree.
- 3 years' experience in Strong C++ understanding and programing
- 3 years' experience with design of complex algorithms and use of proper data structures
- Scripting languages, and willingness to learn Onshape’s open-source scripting language FeatureScript
