As a Service Delivery Coordinator – Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals, you will be responsible for managing the customer accounts and as per job assignments. You will also provide synergy across the portfolio of Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals products & services to promote to the customers. You will ensure to operate compliantly as per company policy, procedures, and cultural pillars.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator - Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals, you will be responsible for:
Liaising with the service delivery team on customers’ requirements for chemicals delivery and related technical services.
Ensuring field personnel’s offshore training & certifications are valid, competency remains up-to-date, and adhering to Baker Hughes’ HSE policy.
Performing offshore visit to evaluate chemical performance, chemical selection and/or conducting field trials for new chemicals.
Understanding basic onshore/offshore production platform activities and service requirements.
Developing multiskilling project.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Science or relevant discipline.
Have minimum 3 years of prior experience working in Oil & Gas industry.
Have background understanding of the proper application of production chemicals in the Oil & Gas industry.
Have an understanding of production processes and systems from downhole to pipeline distribution.
Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams.
Have ability to manage multiple project and deadlines.
Be successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve problems.

This is office-based position, working Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, where flexibility is possible as per Supervisor’s approval.
