We are seeking an Admissions Advisor/Representative to join our team at an accredited Phlebotomy Training Program. You will provide support for prospective students throughout the enrollment process and serve as a liaison between the program and the community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit. This position is commission based.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize a provided marketing campaign or use your own to find prospective students.
- Provide detailed information and advising to prospective students
- Review and assess student applications
- Coordinate and manage recruitment activities
- Develop relationships with community organizations and schools
- Develop and implement strategies to improve recruitment efforts
- Monitor student progress and provide support
