We are looking for temporary DAS Support/Administrator to join our team on a fixed term basis, to support our funding and compliance team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Digital Apprenticeships Service (DAS) portal and double lock errors, with vast experience in the apprenticeship sector and the confidence to contact employers to resolve any outstanding queries.
If you are an experienced DAS user, with knowledge of apprenticeship funding and a keen eye for identifying errors and solving problems swiftly, then we want to speak to you about this short term opportunity.
The main elements of this role will entail:
-Using Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) portal to identify errors
-Resolve identified errors including double lock errors
-Solve problems swiftly and effectively in order maximise funding
-Contact employers via the phone to advise on next steps
-Record and manage data integrity on DAS

-Credit control ability
