Internist - Physician - (Internal Medicine) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to cover approximately 10/7/13-1/3/14 (3 months) with the option to extend 6 additional months. Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. No Call. All outpatient primary care coverage. Any State License. Physician shall see patients for general medicine problems including performing the history and physical exam, making electronic progress notes, scheduling return visits, writing orders for lab & x-ray, prescribing medications, etc. Shall request consultations from specialists and subspecialists. Must have Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification. See approximately 10 to 12 patients per day.
