You'll work days rounding in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Practice highlights: Perform evaluations and orders at the time of admission, Manage resources efficiently, Provide Pre-op evaluations, Coordinate with Specialists, Provide Consultations, Collaborate with Case Managers, Provide discharge referrals, Schedule patient follow-up, and other duties. In return, position is offering a base of $150,000 PLUS production bonuses and full benefits including: liability insurance with no tail requirement, health, dental, vision, disability, 401K w/match, employee stock purchase plan.
Requirements: BE/BC with experience in geriatric medicine, fellowship preferred. This position cannot consider residents/fellows or visa candidates.
